Château de La Chaize has an extraordinary history.
Founded in 1676, it is one of the region’s oldest estates.
In 2017, conversion to organic viticulture in all of the vineyards was begun. We produce wine from eleven single vineyards plots in Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Fleurie and Morgon.
At Château de La Chaize, character rhymes with singularity. That begins by a meticulous selection of the grapes from each plot. We take great care in seeing that the wine from each plot expresses its unique character as the grapes will always be vinified separately.
