Early November saw the 8th edition of the Plumes d’Or for wine and gastronomy, a gala evening celebrating the exceptional work of journalists in these two remarkable fields.
It was a true pleasure to meet and exchange ideas with some of the greatest French chefs, including those from Le Neuvième Art in Lyon, Sarkara in Courchevel, Villa René Lalique, and La Table d’Olivier Nasti in Alsace, as well as with about thirty winemakers.
This event also provided a wonderful opportunity to present our new exceptional cuvée from the Clos de La Chaize Monopole!
